ABSA delay in loading of approved facility

I requested a temporary overdraft on my business cheque account for 2 weeks on Friday 6 December2013. It has been approved but to date it has not been available to me. I negotiated to repay it by 23/12/2013, however at this rate I will not have it in place for my use by then yet.
