Account Blocked for Supposed Documents

On Saturday, I went into Capitec Hillcrest to open two new savings accounts, linked to my current savings account. The system wouldn't allow account creation to go through. AN HOUR AND A HALF later, after several phone calls to your centre, and attempts on two separate operating systems (new and old), it was finally established that my account has been blocked because of some supposed documents! And by then, your forensics department was closed.

Why did it take so long to establish that this was the problem? A bank that claims that "Simplicity is the Ultimate Sophistication"should have a system in place that allows for easier identification of problems than that.

Secondly, you're making me look bad to all the Capitec staff I dealt with on Saturday. I've never submitted any documents, and I find the claim that I have done so, insulting.

I have two small children - a baby and a toddler. I cannot afford to spend long periods of time, or multiple visits to the bank, to try and get this sorted out. Please rectify this as soon as possible, and let me know what I need to do on my side - preferrably with only ONE visit to my branch - in order to do so.
