I am a Miway client. I called their customer line for assistance with my insurance. Thabang was the agent that answered my call. As with all insurance queries, the phone calls can be long. Thabang was gracious enough to let me hang up and call me back, saving me valuable airtime. He was patient and explained everything to me nicely. He was pleasant and very helpful.
