I had hail damage from the huge storm in Pretoria, submitted the claim to Absa I Direct and I keep phoning to find out how far my claim is and the consultant keeps saying that they will come back to me. After numerous calls, I phoned again on the 11th of December 2013 at about 8H50 and the same consultant said that she would get back to me by 9h00 that same day. I am still waiting for the feedback.
