Unable to get documents from ABSA

My attempts to get a letter/document from ABSA stating when the transfer on our houses took place as well as a final confirmation of the shortfall amount, go unanswered.

ABSA has a wonderful ability to threat people with legal action, but their own house is not in order at all.
