Think Im going to cancel

I moved over my entire portfolio including life insureance to these guys. They assess my household contents and therfore I'm now entitled to a reduction in the policy. But no communication to them. I sent several emails that were half answered. I asked for quote for structural insurance, Nothing. I asked when will new premium be effective, Nothing. 16 days and no answers.

Getting a quote from Dial Direct right now who were actually cheaper in the first place. Apparently you have to drive like miss daisy to gain anything from DQtrack. Sorry but i thinkI made a mistake moving to Discovery Insure
