I went to Standard Bank Jacaranda Center to change my cellphone number on my account, they said it was successfully updated. Only when I tried to access my internet banking did I realize they only changed the it so that I receive sms's when I swipe. I phoned customer care on 09/12/2013 and they said they can put me through to my branch sothat they can change it for me. I spoke to Pretoria North branch requesting that my cellphone number be changed so that I can receive my OTP when logging onto my internet banking. On 10/12/2013 I tried again as they said it will take about an hour, and guess what is was still not working. I phoned customer care again on 10/12/2013 they said they can change it so that I receive my OTP on email, I said great. The whole of 10/12/2013 I tried logging in but it was still not working. This morning 11/12/20113 I tried agian and it was still not working. I phoned customer care AGAIN with regards to this, now I have to wait for 3 - 5 days before technical will get back to me.
This is the most pathetic service you can give to an client.
