Harrasment!!

I am overdue on my credit card - I fully accept responsibility for that and I've explained to your call centre staff that my husband's work has placed them on a "3 day- short week" and that he is not receiving his full salary any longer. That is why we came to an agreement that I would transfer R200 EVERY WEEK into the card over a certain period of time-we also requested that the balance cannot be withdrawn until settled in full. We have not missed any of those payments since the arrangement was made - Yet, I still have your Call Centre staff harrasing me incessantly at work, on my cell at all hours of the day and night. The one day, I received over 15 calls and this is completely unacceptable!! We were also told that the monthly Service Fee and Finance Charges would be "frozen", to allow us to pay the balance over a shorter period of time but this is still being deducted!! We are not running away and are quite willing to settle the card - I just need your staff to stop harrassing me!!!
