Absa you disgrace!!!

Deposited a cheque on 15 August 2012 (SIXTEEN MONTHS AGO!!!) for 750 POUNDS. Absa in all their glory deposited R75 (ZAR). I have tried for 16 months to sort this out, going into the branch, phoning, sending statements and still not even any receipt of acknowledgement. Dont bother sending an email via their website. You owe me the money, cough up PLUS interest you!!! I will write a complaint every single day until i get a response and until this issue has been resolved. Incompetent fools with ZERO integrity. You your clients, This is why you have the horrific reputation out in the market. I would hate to see how you treat the poor people who arent aware of the remedies available!
