Waiting 40 minutes for a simple transaction

I had to wait 40 minutes to be helped to simply release money from my money trader account within 24 hours. A simple process that should be possible online (it can be done online but takes 3 days). The reason I have accepted the higher fees of Nedbank is because I expected swift and efficient service. As a result I am going to review other banks offerings to try get better value for money. I believe fnb has very good service for much lower fees.
