Absa Bank Charges

Money was transferred into our account (wife's account) from my brother in Zambia (approx R 12 000.00) for repairs he needed done on his vehicle in South Africa. To our dismay we found that Absa charged us just over R 900.00 for that "privilege". That translates to about 8% of the total value that was transferred. No wonder you are a waning company, this is tantamount to highway and you should ashamed of yourselves.

Rest assured, this is the last you will see of us and I implore other ABSA users to investigate their accounts and take appropriate action lest these fat cats drain your account with stupid bank charges. You ABSA, have our money in your accounts and that is a privilege, not the other way around.
