Buying a gift for my wife

I clled Netflorist in the Pretoria area and Mr Sheldon Abdul attended my call. He was such a great gentlemen on the phone very patient with me and understood the urgency of getting the gift to my wife asap. I did not even have the address for my wife's work place and it took a good couple of minutes for me to get it but Sheldon was so patient with me and even when his system cut off as he was assisting because of my delay in getting the address. Sheldon is truly an asset for this company since I strongly feel he went an extra mile for me. He gets over 100% from me.
