Discovery Allowed double debits of Over R50 000

Discovery Allowed double debits of Over R50 000 to go through on my credit card even tho only one was authorized. Even tho, I have a Limit of R22 000 on the card.
I am now told to pay over R19 000 before I can use my card.
I am now being held liable for interest on the card, as well as being told, fill out forms and wait 21 days and "we will see what we can do". I have spoken to the call center numerous time who are not helpful at all!!!
