I called african wanting to find about thier vehicle finance consultant by the name of Dikeledi answered the phone she sounded as if she was so bored qand tired i asked her was she tired because the way you answer an incoming call you do not answer as if you are sleeping, she then told me they were closed and she took the call by mistake, i asked her if that is the case would she still be able to assist she said i keep putting words into her mouth she irriated me firstly she was rude not she has the odesisty to argue with me.
i ended up not even enquiring what i wanted to know cause of such bad behavoiur worst part i wanted finance with them noow after such service i do not think i do anymore
