Non existent after sales service!!!

Tried to get insurance cover from Jeremy Frank, Efforts non existent, however was assisted with quote from Adrian. Whilst waiting for detail to take vehicles for inspection, my bank account gets debited by amount much higher than quoted, I had it returned and they debited again, NB!! Still no phone call returned or email, no insurance document received proving cover!! So received an email to say that due to non payment my insurance cover been cancelled, Point is they had never covered me, why no policy received or instrucions of where cars must go for inspection???
