On 20 November I went through to the Northcliff branch to upgrade my account to a Prestige Titanium account, the consultant I delt with was Paballo Kutwana that assured me that everything is settled and I will receive my card within 5-10 working days. 2 weeks after my account upgrade I phone the Prestige line to inquire about my account because at that point I haven't heard anything from 'my banker' or Standard Bank. After numerous phone calls and email sent to the branch no communication has been received. I continued to call the Prestige line with the hopes of getting some kind of assistance but found out that my card hasn't even been processed yet. This is truly unexceptable! after almost 3 weeks I haven't heard anything from either Paballo Kutwana or the Branch manager, Tumi Mile, where further quires were forwarded to. With an account that prides themselves on additional and personalised services I have yet to see ANY service what so ever. The lack of incompetence from both Paballo and Tumi clearly outlines the level of service and professionalism provided by Standard Bank. I need this matter sorted out today! I am sick and tired of having to spend hours doing your jobs!
