This is an extremely cold and heartless company - dont care if you sign documents or not - you will get a summons and a garnishing order - whether you lose your job or not!!! If they cannot get hold of someone can they not just try and send registered mail - instead of going to your company and cause embarrisment in front of other staff members - whatever you do - dont take out a loan with them!!!
