Garnishing Order for Paid up debt

This month when i opened my payslip i saw that Bayport had furnished me with a garnishing order. This account was settled in 2010 already and the only proof I have is a credit profile of mine. Now after several attempst of trying to contact them and have them remove and re-imburse me they are not contacting me. I want this order removed because it's prohibiting me from purchasing a house.
