Absa
Absamobi/prepaid electricity NOT FUNCTIONING

I've been trying to buy electricity via absamobi for more than a year now, with no luck! It goes to the last step, then when you hit "pay" it just does nothing! All my friends and family buys electricity online, because it's just too dangerous to go to the shop, but then again, they bank with other banks. Is it the only way then? To actually leave "beep bank" and go to FNB, or whatever bank, as they all are very good with this type of stuff. Look, don't get me wrong, I've been banking with ABSA all my life and don't want to switch, but if it is the only way, then I guess we will have to. Is it the way to go, or can they actually sort this one out for a change!
