Deduction on FNB statemend R99.00 bad Service!!!

I cant believe that FNB allowed talktosales to deduct R99 from my bank account!!!

Called the FNB Call centre and was advised to call Mygate which refered me to another Provider!!!
number was called and the phone was engaged!!!

I dont want this Debit order to go off form my Bank account!!
FNB shows they dont care!!!
Will advise my contacts to rather go with Nedbank this is pathetic!!!
