I have had enough of FNB customer services. I have long ago come across such a useless bunch of people. Since I've upgraded my account I have had nothing but trouble. I requested to be upgraded to Platinum and they upgraded me to Private client (surely that cannot be legal). From there I ordered a tablet. Was told the tablet will arrive in 10 working days or less, waited 3 weeks. Nobody thought to pick up a phone to let me know they were out of stock on the tablets. When I did finally receive it the box's seal was open and no software was uploaded. During the same time I asked to link my credit card to my check account. Roughly 3 weeks later a FNB sales person phoned me and asked if I would be interested in upgrading my account. I was gobbed smacked and before I got nasty I put the phone down. I immediately emailed my private banker to request information regarding the phone call. No reply was sent but within days it was sorted. Why wasn't it done the day we agreed upon it? I found out I got a new private banker by chance when I phoned the credit card division to find out why I've got 2 credit card accounts. Spoke to a manager by the name of Masetjhaba and was promised a call back
