Unable to supply Home Loans Statement

Requested a Home Loans statement from FNB Waterfront, Bloemfontein @ 10h35 2013.12.05... Were unable to supply the request... this is disgusting... but what do you expect from a FNB corporation who can NOT supply information to their as this contravening the Information Act! Seems to refer to incompetent FNB Contact Centre.. but again they live in a another world...
