My previous complaint (FNB Reference NO. 374532) in respect of my application for a FNB credit card, refers. I just want to express my sincere appreciation towards FNB Management and especially Ms Brenda Frayster of the Credit Card Division for her friendly, understanding and professional manner in which she helped me in resolving my complaint in a fair, correct and acceptable manner.
