Receiving same spam sms repeatedly

I have been receiving the same sms from Budget Insurance related to towing and storage costs.
I have been getting the same sms multiple times a day for the past 3 days!
There is no option given in the sms to opt out. Furthermore, I already posted a complaint on their website yesterday and I got the same sms mutiple times today again.
They are really making a nuisance of themselves now!!
I am not even a Budget Insurance holder!!!
