Worst Insurance company

This is the second time I am TRYING to put a claim in at ABSA for home insurance.

The previous time they phoned back after 10 days. Well wonder how long it will take this time as I fill in the Internet form after trying to speak to someone for 40 minutes and no one answered. Could not leave a message because it was full so then I had to call back and hanged on for another 20 minutes. So today is day 6. Still waiting...
