I want to thank Outsurance Centurion for an efficient handling of my claim. My 46 inch Samsung LCD tv just packed up after exposure to lightning or power surge in October this year (2013). I took it back where I bought it only to be told it's 1 year warrantee ended in March 2013, the option was to repair it at cost which I resented. My next option was my motor and household insurance. I phoned and talked to Mr. Vincent Renecke of Outsurance near Centurion Mall, we first deliberated on the option of repair but later both dismissed it, and before the end of the day Outsurance had agreed to replace my tv with a new one. True to their word, I collected a new and better television of the same size from their service provider in less than two weeks.
