Received sms stating account will be billed on 13t

Received sms stating account will be debited on 13th of December. So lets look at the facts here :

1. I was not aware that African bank runs the salary payments for the company i work for
2. I have a CONTRACT stating the payment date. (29Th)
3. Any variations from that contract, indicates non compliance and will as such render it null and void.
4. My Salary date stays the same, pls contact our HR to confirm as i will not do it.
