On Monday 2 December 2013 my husband went to the bank to withdraw money, he got a slip saying insufficient funds but I got an sms saying that an amount of R500 was withdrawn. I went to the bank to notify them of the problem. The consultant who helped me was Siza, she filled out a dispute form and emailed it to their head office, later that day I phoned head office to find out if there is any outcome but they told me to phone the branch where the incident happened. When I phoned she told me that she is still waiting for a response from head office. On Tuesday I phoned again and was told that head office had a problem with their emails. Later I phoned again and was told that my money will be repaid before the end of the day. Nothing happened. On Wednesday morning I phoned again and was then told that they had the wrong account information but Siza did sent the correct information for the 2nd time. When I phoned around midday there was still no response. I phoned once again just before five and was then told that I should speak to a manager as head office don't take the consultants seriously. What kind of business is this?? Why should I wait so long for a mistake made by the bank??
