I WAS SO EXCITED ABOUT GETTING MY NEW DEVICE, THAT JOY WAS HOWEVER SHORT LIVED. CALLED IN AND WAS ADVISED THAT I NEED TO UPGRADE TO GOLD CHEQUE ACCOUNT WHICH I DID WITH NO ISSUES THOU MY BANK CHARGES WOULD INCREASE BY R20 THIS WAS DONE ON THE 6th NOVEMBER 2013. EMMANUEL SAID THE DEVICE WOULD BE AVAILABLE WITHIN 15 WORKING DAYS AND WHEN THAT HAD PASSED NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL ME AND EXPLAIN THE DELAY, I THEN TRIED TO CALL THEM HALF THE TIME I WOULD BE ON THE LINE FOR OVER 15 MINUTES AND BE CUT OFF - TILL TODAY NO ONE CAN GIVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER AS TO WHAT IS HAPPENING. I HOPE I WONT BE CHARGED ANYTHING SINCE YOU GUYS HAVE OVER PROMISED AND UNDER DELIVERED.
