Called the contact centre to find out about upgrading my account. The lady I spoke to put me on hold for 4 minutes and then cut the call on me. I figure she couldn't help me because she was not trained well. Would it be too difficult to say "Sorry maam, I wont be able to assist you. Please visit your nearest branch"?
