Dear Standard bank, I have a credit card facility, which I tried to pay down, but for a lot of year now I only find out someone is withdrawing money from my account on a monthly basis.
This is from Atm Wdw Northcliff Piz, all transactions on that name is.
Also one month with drawls on Shell Bergbron every day until all my money wash finished, this was just after I deposited 18, 000.00 to start clearing my account. This was very stress full.
I am submitting claims with now answers. My messages for transactions on my account also get switched off. I have now a fourth card all of them had on. The last card is with Standard bank, I don't use it any more.
I have previous reported with no satisfaction. After I found my previous statements I saw this is going on for years, without me receiving a message of what is being done on my card. After any investigation I switched on the message system, but someone is switching it off, I then thought this was fees.
Could you please investigate and repay me please.
