I bought a house on Auction and after hearing all the adds of how SA Homeloans are so quick and efficient at doing things i applied for a bond. I dealt with a Lady by the name of Reina, I sent all my documents to her and explained that i have a judgement how ever i have paid up letters from the attorneys as well as the company that put a judgement against me, I would call her on a daily basis she first told me to increase the buying amount then she told me that my bond had been approved in pricipal and then she told me my payment profile showed i was behind with three accounts, i called and even went and paid extra into my accounts and called and explained her this, her reply was that i need to wait for my ITC to update and everything would be in order, i told her that because the house was bought on auction i was really pressed for time, still i had to constantly call her for feedabck of which was my scoring is now to low and the system declined (I thought once evry thing was updated it would be fine, i then sent my moms stuff and she said she would get back to me the same day with a answer, this was not the case, called spoke to Toby and he covered for her can you belive it...
