I am really disappointed in the service we have been receiving from FNB. Firstly my wife and i buy houses from the auction and then sell them we have done this for 3 years, and this is the 1st time dealing with FNB. We got a buyer whom i had to log a call on hello peter to get his stuff in order the very next day he was informed his bond is approved and everything was sent to the attorneys, a week passed and finally a evaluator went out but could not gain entry because the tenants were still in the house. he called my wife and she explained him, he then for some or other reason called the buyer and told him "if he was the buyer he would not buy the property because the persons in the house will not move and the buyer will end up paying for something that is not his" IS this part of his Job, i don't think so and who gave him the right to call the buyer and give his opinion. I have bought numerous properties of the years and i have sold them and this is a first. Beside that is not the evaluators business he should do his job. I would like FNB to please find out who the evaluator was and take action. Stand by your slogan and please help me. i expect an urgent call to resolve this.
