I have been experiencing exceptional service from SA Homeloans for many years, but PLEASE stay clear from their insurance department! They are VERY efficient to register a claim and appoint someone to manage the claim - and that's the end of the story. NO contractors to do the job and NO solution to the problem. Just read all the bad reports on the Howeowners Insurance by SAHL on this site and decide for yourself! I would hate to see what happens when disaster really strikes! Fortunately this time it was only a fallen tree due to the severe storms we are experiencing lately.
