Money for Service NOT used!!!

A consultant phoned me asking if i want to apply for a credit card, i said yes, 2/3 months later, i haven't received an sms that my card is ready, but i did receive an sms that money were deducted for service! I went to my head branch (Centurion), asking what is going on & that i want to cancel the service if this is how it is starting off. I was told to come back in weeks time, maybe then my card would be there, so i returned with no sms received a week later. Kea helped me along with another on the phone from head office. My card has been cancelled (the one never received), and she said the money would be paid back by the next day. Also she gave me a reference number in case this does not happen. So, nothing was paid back, i phoned customer service (0861201000), after the third time trying to get through with the cellphone service (to help them out), i came through to a lady, whom put me through to Simeon. Going through security checks, he still wanted to explain why they take money. This was sorted with Kea, so i gave him the reference. After all, this has cost me airtime and 3 deductions for a service i don't use!!! And it's still not sorted out!! AGAIN i have to go in!!!
