CANNOT ASSIST BUT QUICK TO LIST

Due to space constraint.. i have to keep this short thus: i am trying to apply for a homeloan, only to find out that i am declined for same due to a listing from RCS on an account that was settled in 2009 already, i called RCS to sort this out who told me that they are unable to assist me and that i was handed over to attorneys MBD inc. after a of a time trying to get to the correct people to sort this out (this is about after 2 Hrs on the phone) i was still no nearer to getting anyone to assist me, MBD inc. advised me that there is NO record of me or my account with them on either of their systems which i then tried to explain to RCS, but they plainly refuse to assist me at all as they say that i MUST speak to the Attorneys. Well i did and the attorneys cannot assist me because they do not hold my file and i am sitting in the middle not knowing where i should go to get attention or assistance to resolve this matter. Now, i am listed for money i already settled, and IF there is anything still outstanding it is already perscribed and they are by law not allowed to list me or proceed collections there on, i need this listing to be taken off my name & resolved ASAP.
