Complaint turns into compliment

Ordered i-beams from salesman named Robin Martins (to be avoided!) on the 30th of October 2013. Paid on the same day. 13 days later (yes almost 2 weeks), the truck driver phones me to inform me that he is parked in front of my house and I need to come home to offload the 2 beams (400kg and 300kg) off his truck because it is not his problem to get it off the truck. I always dreamed about being supergirl when I was little, but I never got my super powers... Truck had to go back without offloading the beams. Manager tells me that I should have organised on my side, which I would have done gladly had they told me that when I ordered. However, there was also no notification prior to the delivery to inform me that the truck was scheduled? Turns out, I not only lack super powers, but also the ability to tell the future.
After many frustrations and a couple of phone calls I ended up dealing with the most helpful woman on earth named Denise. She did in a couple of hours what none of the men at Macsteel whom I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with could do in 2 weeks!
Hire one woman to do the work of 10 men! I salute you Denise! You give us hope that all is not lost. Be blessed!
