FNB law on call did not solve my case

I used FNB law on call for close to six years now. just when I have a problem with the agent that was renting out my place and did not pay me the deposit back. When I stopped using them. I spoke to Deon who never followed up or returned my call everytime I call he will claim to be contacting the agent and nothing every happened. I been calling in and Deon tell me he will look into it but later he never calls or do anything. I like FNB product but this law on call is the waste of money for me. I will change to legal wise or something else becuase FNB never helped me they just asked how can we helpe and never really helped.
