My car was bumped into and I submitted a claim. Short after all the details were given, Teacher phoned me to inform me he was working on the case and just wanted to let me know that he will do everything he can to help me.
After my car was fixed (and I had to pay the excess), he phoned me again and told me they recovered the excess as well and it will be paid into my account.

I didn't once ask him to keep me updated, he just phoned and informed me the whole time.
