Stupid Process

I applied for a further advance on my homeloan. now the existing additional amounts that i have paid have been recapitilized Now i have to go to a branch again to get this sorted out and have to withdraw the loan appllication then withraw the funds from the account and then only reapply for a homeloan. what BS is this? Time wasters.
