Debited three times on my bank account

The bank debited on my account twice, just after my pay day. I assumed they are covering December installment as well. This morning another debit went off my account. I went to the bank, just to be informed that they can see they have debited three times. No one knows why it happen. I requested a reversal, which they told me it will take 14 days. Thats ridiculous!!! Why must I wait for long to get my money bank.
