Debiting my account with out having a policy

Why do you keep on taking debit orders from my account i do not have a policy with you i only asked for a qout witch you could not supply nor a policy schedule in 3 months. i have phoned and logged a complaint last week with no response i want my money back that you have taken from my account with out my permission its the worst service i have ever received and i will make it noted to any body and every body i know possible go and learn from s how to do insurence good and prope
