Absa
Direct Journal Entry (Payment Arrangements)

Business & Finance

Norton Attorneys = Boniswa Mgubane 011 317 9700. Ref: TU060299. An email was sent through to acknowledge payment arrangements. We have communicated and corresponded via email.

Payment arrangement was made for R875 to be paid on 25/05/2013 but then Absa went into my account and did a Direct Journal Entry of R5300 without any prior consent and without any communication of this. There has been no correspondence and receipt of any of my payments and no one told me that this would occur if I didn't pay correctly despite me sending them emails and making the necessary payment arrangement.

I am highly upset and I request that the above mentioned matter be addressed A.S.A.P.
All they say is that they can't reverse the full amount, they can only return R2500. I am a single parent of a one year old baby... How on earth are we suppose to survive for the rest of this month and next month? Should my baby and I just starve... How do I pay rent, How do I pay my nanny? Should my baby and I live on the streets???

I really need the full amount to be paid back into my account or they can deduct the R875.00 (as arranged) and pay back the R4425.00 asap.
