RCS Faulty ITC Report

RCS must be the worst Financial Institution when it comes to providing accurate figures to ITC for client. I got my latest ITC Report November 2013 and according to the report I was 30 days behind on my account in January 2013 and there is still a balance on my account. Yet the purchase I made on my card was paid in Full over 3 months and not 24 months which mean I paid 10x more than the minimum monthly amount per month so how is it even possible that I'm 30 days behind on my account when there is actually a credit on the account and my account is settled in full and locked since February 2013. PLEASE RECTIFY IMMUDITATLY OR I WILL REPORT THE MATTER TO THE NCR / NCA and CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITH IMMIDIATE AFFECT
