Debit order of R3298.95 without prior notification

I opened an FNB Cheque account 2 months ago, 2months later FNB decides to debit my account without prior arrangements to debit. They took R3298.95 on the 28th of November, without me having been notified., apparently my account was handed to their Legal side (from an old account) and they went ahead without a phone call to me or inform me. Im now facing a bleak month without paying rent.. I was requested to speak to Elizabeth for which her fone rang unanswered. her voice mail is full! I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK< UNTIL AN ARRANGEMENT IS METOTHERWISE I CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND TAKE MY MONIES ELSEWHERE.
