King Price Insurance
Bad customer service from consultant

I have signed up for King Price Insurance but am now debating whether it was a good choice. The only window i have through to King Price is through their 'Nobles' and i have had to deal with Lee Molewa who always seems busy, always promises to call back and never does. Emails go unreplied until I call, then if i am lucky i recieve a response. This means i end up calling many times to complete a single request. I have requested changes to my policy but have yet to receive the updated policy documents. Other issues include, trying to find out information regarding the tracking system, the personal possession cover etc. It also meant i was not able to cancel my existing insurance as Lee did not respond in time.

I tried emailing [Email Removed] and the mail failed. I would prefer if I could deal with another consultant is able to assist me when required.
