Charged insurance premium but dont have ca

My fiancee took out an insurance with the above client for a vehicle she was in the process of buying, but the deal never materialized. but oakhurst went and deducted a premium for a car that is not in our possession.can someone please clarify the deduction on my account, and who gave the instruction that the car has been taken by Nompumelelo Yondzi?

numerous emails have been sent to Danelle Ontong, but he keeps ignoring the emails.

i would appreciate it very much if my money can be refunded back to my account.
