Bad service

I have reported a claim with ABSA insurance. I get the run around and no one knows about my claim or I get put through and then I must hold on. We got hael damages and need urgent assessor / contracter to go out to help with repairs as it is going to rain again tonight.

It seems that no one wants to assit.
