I had a minor accident on 15/11/13 and reported it to Consultant - Teddy Dlepu the same day. Initially, he was very helpful and efficient with arranging the assessment for the vehicle. Thereafter, there was a serious lack of Teddy replying to many of my emails which were sent to him. I enquired numerous times regarding the renting of a vehicle whilst my car would be in at the panelbeaters. Teddy NEVER replied to my request regarding this, even though it is one of the services offered. I arranged for my vehicle to be repaired by a panelbeater and did everything myself! To date, I am not even sure if he has contacted the other party involved in the accident to arrange repairs (which I again requested via Email to Teddy). I pay a small fortune of R995 every month for my insurance and i have obtained quotes from other companies who will gladly provide me the same cover at a much lower rate. Customer satisfaction for this incident = 0
