Collections still pathetic after a yea

About a year ago I had to collect my credit card from the Mooiriver Mall kamtige "flagship branch" of FNB. The ship is definitely not sailing! It's stranded in bad management! The collections booth ALWAYS have a line standing as far as the road outside the bank. The reason being it's the only branch where one can collect. They know this but the manager is doing NOTHING about it. I have been with FNB for more than 10 years. I have put up with their bad advertisements and stupid service. This time I hope they will do something. I also upgraded to a Platinum Credit card but NEVER RECEIVED IT. Thanks FNB... how can you help me? By waking up...
